Stan Thomas is the head of property management  and is a hands on Association Manager. Outside of crunching the numbers,you will find him on your property regularly making sure your property is in tip top shape. Prior to starting HomeARCH Property Management, Stan spent 12 years as a licensed financial representative and financial adviser managing money and trading stocks. During this time, his interest in Association Management began in 1996, when he became the Treasurer of his homeowners association. Stan is also a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor in the City of Columbus.
Stan received his B.A.'s in Finance and Business Management from Kent State University and has also attended Kent State University Architecture and Urban Design School. He is a Veteran of Operation Desert Storm and spent 6 years as a Military Policeman in the Ohio Army National Guard.

Patricia Thomas is a property manager that not only loves to make sure your association is beautiful, but makes sure its functioning efficiently. Patricia handles day to day activities including back office tasks, accounting, contractor relations, and scheduling. Patricia received her B.A. in Business Management from Kent State University and has over 20 years experience in human resources management, scheduling and communications.
